This work exists because career growth is not linear, and mid-to late-career professionals deserve more than generic advice or surface-level motivation.

After over two decades in healthcare and medical imaging, I saw a pattern repeat itself.

Competent professionals would reach a point where:

• Their roles no longer reflected who they had become

• Their options felt unclear, despite their competence
