After decades in healthcare and medical imaging, I saw a pattern repeat itself.

Competent professionals would reach a point where:

• Their roles no longer reflected who they had become

• Their options felt unclear, despite their competence

What they needed was not just reinvention.
They needed clarity, translation, and intentional career design.

• Personal experience of being undervalued, overlooked, and ultimately charting a new path and designing my next chapter
